The casino has been operating since 2023 and holds e-Gaming licence number <strong>8048\/JAZ2019-049<\/strong> issued by the Cura\u00e7ao Gaming Control Board.<\/p>\n<p>The Cura\u00e7ao Gaming Control Board (CGCB) is a regulatory body based in the Dutch overseas territory of Cura\u00e7ao. For years, it was criticised for overly lenient standards \u2013 an operator could obtain a licence relatively quickly and cheaply. Since 2023, the CGCB has undergone reform and is tightening requirements for new operators, although older licences continue to operate under the previous rules.<\/p>\n<p>The Betify licence (JAZ series) still comes from the previous system.
